Go to Settings → Apps → Canada IPTV → Clear Data or Clear Storage
Then reopen the app and log in with your existing username and password.

Canada IPTV 2.0
Select the Dino 2 profile from the top, then log in with your existing username and password.

If you are using TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or another third-party app?
You will need the new Portal / Server URL.
