Then reopen the app and log in with your existing username and password.

Select the Dino 2 profile from the top, then log in with your existing username and password.

If you are using TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or another third-party app?
You will need the new Portal / Server URL.

Shipping & Services

We ship IPTV boxes, Android boxes, Firesticks, and other electronics across Canada using couriers selected by SharkTV.ca. Delivery times vary depending on your location. In most cases, a tracking number will be sent to you by email or text message. If you do not receive your tracking number within 24 hours, please contact our Live Chat support on the website to request it.

Any complaints regarding the shipment, delivery, or the condition/quantity of goods must be reported within eight days from the date of delivery.


SERVICES

We provide IPTV subscription services throughout Canada. Regardless of your location, we can program your Android Box, MAG Box, Firestick, BuzzTV, Smart TV, Apple TV, NVIDIA Shield, Formuler, and other supported devices with IPTV service.

We also offer remote programming services. For an additional fee, we can connect to your Android Box and install the required apps for you.
