IMPORTANT — Check Your Latest IPTV Portal URL
If your IPTV service is not working or suddenly stops connecting,
your Portal URL may have been updated.
Before contacting support
IPTV Portal URLs and Server Addresses may occasionally change.
If your IPTV stops working, please check your
SharkTV Account first to make sure you are using the
latest Portal URL assigned to your IPTV package.
How to find your latest Portal URL:
1.
Log in to your SharkTV Account using the account you used when placing your order.
2.
From your account Dashboard, select My IPTV Portals.
3.
Find the IPTV package or server you purchased.
4.
Click the eye icon to reveal your current Portal URL.
5.
Compare it with the Portal URL currently entered in your IPTV app.
If it is different, replace the old Portal URL with the new one.
6.
Continue using your existing username and password
unless SharkTV has provided you with new login details.
Server shows ONLINE but your IPTV is not working?
If your server is showing ONLINE below but your service
is not working on your device, check My IPTV Portals
before contacting support. An updated Portal URL may already be available
in your account.
Using TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV or another IPTV player?
Update the Server Address / Portal URL in your IPTV app
with the latest Portal URL shown in your SharkTV Account.Depending on the app, you may need to remove the old playlist/account
and add it again using the updated Portal URL.
IMPORTANT
Only use the Portal URL shown for the IPTV package you actually purchased.
Portal URLs from another SharkTV IPTV package may not work with your account.
Keep Your Account Secure
Your Portal URL and IPTV login information are private.
Do not share your Portal URL, username, password,
or SharkTV Account details with anyone.
