How to Renew My IPTV Subscription?

A Quick & Simple Guide for SharkTV Customers

Please select the option that best describes your IPTV order.

Some customers are unsure which option to choose when placing a new IPTV order, renewing their current service, or purchasing another IPTV subscription. On the right side of the IPTV product page, you will find an option called Select the Option That Best Describes Your Order. Below is a simple explanation of each choice.

Important:
Whether you are buying IPTV for the first time, renewing your current IPTV subscription, or purchasing another subscription, you must always submit a new order and complete the full checkout process.
Option 1

Buying IPTV for the First Time (New SharkTV Customer)

Select this option if you have never purchased an IPTV subscription from SharkTV.ca before. We will create a brand-new IPTV subscription and send you new IPTV login details.

Choose this option when:

  • This is your first IPTV subscription from SharkTV.ca.
  • You have never received IPTV login details from us.
  • You need a brand-new IPTV subscription.
Option 2

Renew My Current IPTV Subscription (Keep My Existing IPTV Service)

Select this option if you already have an IPTV subscription from SharkTV.ca and want to renew the same IPTV package. Your current IPTV service will be extended, and you will continue using the same login details.

Example:

If you currently have ZEAL IPTV and want to continue using ZEAL IPTV:

• Select the ZEAL IPTV duration you want: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
• Choose Renew My Current IPTV Subscription (Keep My Existing IPTV Service)
 during checkout.
• Your existing IPTV subscription will be renewed.
• Your IPTV login details will remain the same.

This option is only for renewing and extending your current IPTV package.

Option 3

Buy Another IPTV Subscription (For a Different TV or Family Member)

Select this option if you want to purchase another IPTV subscription while keeping your current subscription active. You will receive separate login details for the new IPTV subscription.

Choose this option when:

  • You need a separate IPTV subscription for another TV.
  • A family member needs their own IPTV subscription.
  • You want to try a different IPTV package without replacing your current service.
  • You want to keep your current subscription and add another one.
Example:

If you already have Lion IPTV but would also like to try Cheetah IPTV:

• Place a new order for the Cheetah IPTV package.
• Choose Buy Another IPTV Subscription (For a Different TV or Family Member)
 during checkout.
• Your Lion IPTV subscription will remain active.
• You will receive separate login details for Cheetah IPTV.
