COMMUNICATING WITH US
When you visit Sharktv.ca or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the Site or by any other mode of communication we choose to employ. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications (including transactional, promotional and/or commercial messages), from us with respect to your use of the website (and/or placement of your order) and agree to treat all modes of communication with the same importance.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders placed in the web site will be shipped only after confirmation BY Sharktv.ca (by an e-mail sending). Sharktv.ca has the right to cancel or defer in whole or in part the orders because of the impossibility to supply the goods. These cases relieves us of the obligations previously entered into with the acceptance of the order and exclude any claims for damages. Delivery terms have to be considered as indicative.
You are free to use any third party IPTV apps such as Tivimate, STB Emu or Smarters pro app with the server you purchase from us, however if you need our help to install IPTV apps or you want our IPTV apps, then we charge a one time service fee of $30.
IPTV SUBSCRIPTION
We at Sharktv.ca only sell IPTV Subscription. We do not own or run the servers, therefore we must follow any rule or policies that are put by the server owner and pass it to customer ( YOU ) .
