We ship IPTV boxes, Android boxes, Firesticks, and other electronics across Canada using couriers selected by SharkTV.ca. Delivery times vary depending on your location. In most cases, a tracking number will be sent to you by email or text message. If you do not receive your tracking number within 24 hours, please contact our Live Chat support on the website to request it.

Any complaints regarding the shipment, delivery, or the condition/quantity of goods must be reported within eight days from the date of delivery.
